A Teacher's Guide to Implementing the ITP

Your students will thank you when they transition successfully into the work place. This comprehensive program takes students step-by-step through the job search process and provides practice in learning the skills needed for many entry-level jobs. The new mandate that all secondary students with special needs have Individualized Transition Plans (ITPs) is discussed in the teacher's manual. Vocational Entry Skills can also be used successfully in training programs for adults with learning disabilities and/or limited English proficiency. The student workbook allows students to work independently and at their own rate. Unit checklists are provided so the student's work can easily be checked for proficiency as each unit is completed.
