Sort by Shape, Color, and Texture

Shapemates helps students gain a head start in math and reading. It achieves this by developing shape, color, and texture awareness. Shapemates is unique in that each color has a specific texture. Students don't have to be able to see colors to sort them. It also improves problem-solving skills and encourages exploration.

Shapemates offers students 24 progressively challenging activities that hone skills related to pattern recognition. Twelve activities are based on shape recognition alone and 12 require both color and shape recognition. Shapemates is designed to encourage open-ended play opportunities because of its bright colors, interesting shapes, and meaningful textures.
